Control

of seted temperatures, pressures, pressure differences etc. in heating, hot water supply (HWS), cold water supply (CWS) and makeup loops. At that are used standard and adapted procedures: return water temperature restriction is made in accordance with return water schedule:

• depending on ambient air temperature;
• depending on feeding heating system temperature, by temperature chart shifting;
• depending on season etc.

Control

of equipment conditions (pumps, variable-frequency drives, expansion vessels and others) and controllable parameters

Alarm signaling and protection:

• exceeding seted limits by temperatures or pressures,
• emergency pump shutdown, standby pumps engaging etc.

Program - logical functions

• pump switching by time,
• pumps and valves anti-jamming etc.

Archiving

Controllers have nonvolatile archive, where data, events, breakdowns are stored for no less then two days.

Operator control, manual control

There is an operator panel, allowing to:

• control present parameters values;
• determine breakdown or malfunction source;
• alter controllable parameters setpoints;
• set time programes parameters.
